Every EPA 608 card on Skill Ready Techs is confirmed by an administrator who looked at it. Here is exactly how that works, and why there is no shortcut.
From onboarding or your Profile page, upload a clear image of the front of your card with all text legible. Image files only — JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC and similar. A photo taken on your phone is fine; the administrator simply has to be able to read it.
Your submission lands in a review queue. An administrator opens the image, reads the card, and records which EPA 608 level it shows — Type I, Type II, Type III or Universal.
Once confirmed, the badge goes on your profile along with the verified level, and it stays there. You will see the decision on your Profile page, and in your notifications if you have them switched on.
An unreadable or unclear photo is not a rejection of you — you can submit a clearer one.
Your card image is used for verification review and is not shown on your public profile or to employers. Employers see the verified badge and level — never the underlying photo. See our Privacy Policy for how uploaded documents are handled.
